1. Right of Withdrawal and Complaints

1.1 ViperPro offers a 14-day right of withdrawal and a satisfied customer guarantee. The withdrawal period starts when you receive the item. Satisfied customer guarantee means that you can return the item if you are not satisfied. You have 14 days to use the guarantee. Upon return, we will refund you the full amount once we have received the item. The consumer is responsible for the return cost.

To be eligible for the right of withdrawal and satisfied customer guarantee, the item must be returned in the same condition as when it was received. Any depreciation of the item due to careless unpacking may apply if you exercise your right of withdrawal.

If the item or any associated part is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal.

1.2 Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you noticed the defect or should have noticed it. If you make a complaint within two months, it is always considered to be within a reasonable time.

1.3 We handle exchanges as a return and a new purchase; you return the product you do not wish to keep and easily order a new one through our website. If there is a fault with the item, you can contact customer service. If the complaint is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days.

1.4 We aim to process refunds within 48 hours.

1.5 In the case of a refund, ViperPro reserves the right to deduct any depreciation of the item due to the Customer's careless handling.
